About Ken:
Ken is the Distribution Operations Manager for Gulf Power.  He has a BS in electrical engineering from Auburn University and is a registered professional engineer in Florida.  He has worked for Southern Company for over 40 years in Power Delivery.

About Jack:
Jack is the Distribution Support Specialist for Gulf Power and is rsponsible for the Outage Management System.  He has worked with Southern Company for 12 years.  He has a BS in environmental sciences and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
